If you are running Windows XP and Media Player 10, and having problems seeing the video (black screen and audio only), try doing this: During installation of the provided software, a file called stvjpgdx.ax gets copied to the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory. Rename or move this file to something else (example: XXXXstvjpgdx.ax, the name is not important). Your video should now play normally. |
